About UK Operations

Central to the work of the ILPH UK Operations is the recovery, rehabilitation and re-homing of abused and neglected horses and ponies.

Our UK Operations office team at ILPH Headquarters, our nationwide team of Field Officers and our four Recovery and Rehabilitation Centres (R&R Centres) all work closely together towards this end.

Dealing with over 20,000 enquiries per year, the UK Operations office team is responsible for advising on equine welfare concerns, the co-ordination of Field Officers responses, administration of the ILPH loan scheme, and offering rehabilitation and general advice, as well as many other tasks.

They also provide administrative support to all of our Field Officers and R&R Centre Managers as and when required.
